MANUFACTURING / SHEET METAL & WELDING

Fabrication for the way you assemble.

Cutting, forming, machining and welding for trailer body components and supporting metal parts. Define the drawing, assembly stage and acceptance criteria before production.

One part package.
A defined process route.

We review each component against its geometry, material, welds and mating interfaces. Process selection and capacity are confirmed for the actual project.

Laser cutting a steel mounting plate

Laser Cutting

Profile cutting for panels, floor sections, gussets and mounting plates. Supply DXF or drawing data, material, thickness and critical edge requirements.

Press brake forming a steel flange

Bending & Forming

Folded flanges, channels, sidewall profiles and brackets. Specify bend angles, radii, reference faces and features that must align after forming.

CNC punching holes in a steel component

Stamping & Punching

Formed and punched components where part geometry and quantities support the process. Tooling scope is reviewed with the production requirement.

CNC milling a clamped steel bracket

Machining

CNC machining, turning and milling for drawing-defined holes, locating features and mating surfaces. Identify fits and datums rather than assuming a universal tolerance.

Robotic MIG welding a steel reinforcing rib

Welding & Fabrication

MIG, TIG, laser, spot and robotic welding capabilities. The appropriate method depends on material, joint design, access and order requirements.

Grinding the edge of a clamped welded bracket

Grinding & Subassembly

Drawing-defined weld finishing, edge preparation and metal subassembly. Specify the condition in which your team needs to receive each component.

MATERIALS

Specify the grade.
Define the finish.

Our fabrication material range includes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and galvanized sheet. The grade, thickness and welding or forming route must be confirmed for the component.

Do not substitute grades or finishes based on a category illustration. Material substitutions require explicit agreement.

Finishing through external suppliers

Shot blasting, painting, powder coating, electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, anodizing and heat treatment are arranged through external suppliers where required.

  • Define surface preparation, coating system, color and thickness.
  • Identify masked or uncoated mating surfaces.
  • Agree inspection, documentation and packaging requirements.
Finishing is outsourced, not an in-house process. Availability and specifications are confirmed in the quotation.

Plan the assembly interfaces first.

Panels fabricated independently still need to fit together. Provide the assembly drawing as well as individual part files.

01 / DRAWING REVIEW

Agree revision, material, part numbering and manufacturing scope. Separate loose parts, welded subassemblies and customer-supplied items.

02 / SAMPLE & CHECKS

Define sample scope and the dimensions or interfaces to inspect before repeat production. Any assembly trial must be specifically agreed.

03 / RELEASE & PACK

Confirm finish, inspection records and packing by part number or assembly group. Delivery terms and timing follow the quotation.

Let’s define your component package.

Send drawings, a bill of materials, quantities and delivery requirements. Tell us which parts you will assemble in-house.
