Truck & Trailer
Accessories.
Custom racks, guards, toolbox brackets, ramp hardware and mounting components. Steel and aluminum fabrications made to your drawings for OEM and assembly projects.

Build a clear accessory supply package.
Source individual fabricated parts, machined connection parts or coordinated welded assemblies. Your drawings and bill of materials define what is included.
Images are generic product illustrations. Final geometry follows the approved project drawings.

Toolbox brackets & mounting kits
Formed brackets, support frames and mounting plates for underbody or side-mounted storage boxes. Provide box envelope, mounting hole positions, bracket pairs and hardware scope.

Headache racks & storage frames
Cab-back rack fabrications with drawing-defined chain storage, trays or box mounting features. Specify material, frame envelope, attachment details and vehicle clearances.

Dunnage racks & spare tire carriers
Welded racks for dunnage storage, tire carriers and carrier adapters. Define support spacing, retained-item dimensions, retention method and mounting interfaces.

Deer guards & mounting brackets
Fabricated guard assemblies, attachment brackets and mounting kits to approved drawings. Supply vehicle interface data and required validation criteria for the intended installation.

Ramps, stands & attaching seats
Ramp fabrications, adjustable support stands, ramp attaching seats and hanger keepers. Coordinate deck height, ramp end geometry, support contacts and the approved loading design.

Pins, U-bolts & retaining hardware
Machined pins, retaining features, U-bolts, stakes and clips to drawing. Specify material, thread details, fits, finish, mating parts and any testing requirements.
Specify the part and its installation.
| Quotation input | Details to send |
|---|---|
| Drawings and quantities | PDF part drawings, available STEP/STP or DXF/DWG files, revisions, bill of materials and order quantities. |
| Material and construction | Steel or aluminum grade, thicknesses, tube or section sizes, bend details, weld requirements and supplied condition. |
| Mounting interfaces | Vehicle or trailer interface drawing, hole positions, fastener details, deck or chassis clearances, left/right orientation and access requirements. |
| Performance and inspection | Required design loads, acceptance criteria, sample or fit checks, dimensional inspection and any project testing or certification requirements. |
| Finish and delivery | Finish specification, surfaces to protect, identification, packing requirements, delivery destination and target date. |
Final fit, load capacity and installation suitability are established against the approved project design and agreed verification requirements. Identify purchased instruments or other non-fabricated items separately when requesting a complete kit.
From plate and sections to assembled parts.
Laser cutting, forming, machining and welding are selected around the component geometry. Surface finishing is coordinated through external suppliers to the agreed specification.
Confirm which brackets, pins, fasteners and retaining parts ship loose and which features are welded to the assembly. Matched sets and left/right identification should be defined before production.

Questions before sourcing accessories
Can I order parts to my own design?
Yes. Send your part and installation drawings with quantities, material, finish and inspection requirements. THYH reviews the manufacturing route and agrees the supply scope before production.
Can you supply brackets with a rack or guard?
Coordinated packages can include the rack or guard fabrication and its drawing-defined brackets, pins and mounting parts. The agreed bill of materials identifies every included item and its delivered condition.
Are these standard vehicle replacement parts?
These are custom manufacturing categories. Vehicle compatibility requires the actual installation dimensions, interfaces and project requirements; an illustration does not establish replacement fit.
How are ramp and rack loads specified?
Provide the required loading conditions, installation geometry and acceptance criteria with the approved design. Any engineering validation, load testing or certification must be identified and agreed for the project.
Send your accessory drawings.
Include the parts list, quantities, material, finish and delivery destination. Tell us how the components will mount and which mating parts you need.
